Adaptive System

Adaptive System, designed by Laura Civetti, explores how physiological data can be transformed into physical form. Combining computational design and 3D printing, the project investigates new possibilities for material behaviour, performance and garment construction.

Working with Laura, we developed a visual world around her design. Experimental laboratory environments reimagine its development and explore the relationship between the human body, material innovation and technology. The film was created for the project’s presentation at Dutch Design Week 2026 in Eindhoven.
